I'm a Freelance Setbuilder and Scenic Painter living in Enfield, North London. I've 13 years experience as a Set Builder within the photographic industry, and now 4 years of Scenic Painting as well.

Having studied Fine Art at Byam Shaw School of Art (now part of Central Saint Martins), and then a year Studio Assisting as Spring Studios, London, I began working as a 'Trainee' Setbuilder at Tim Chapmans Setbuilding. After 2 years at TC Setbuild, I went freelance. Most of my work has been with Cloud & Horse, Tim Warren Setbuilding, and Setbuild UK (formerly TC Setbuild). I have also worked on occasion at Andy Knights Limited and with James Henderson. The majority of this work has been building sets for the photographic industry.

In 2015 I signed up to most of the courses offered at DAP Studio in Scenic Painting (run by James Rowse). To develop these skills, I started helping with a local theatre group, Saint Monicas Players, based in Enfield. I have since designed, built, and painted two complete productions for them (Urinetown in 2016 and Spamalot in 2018).
